Before you book

Common questions

What do you treat?

Pain or discomfort in the back and neck, shoulder, wrist and hand, pelvis, hip, knee, and foot and ankle, whether recent or long-standing.

What treatments might I have?

Your plan may include personalised exercise therapy (a mix of strength and conditioning and clinical Pilates), hands-on mobilisation, dry needling, soft tissue (myofascial) release, and education and a management plan for you.

What happens at my first visit?

Your physiotherapist does a detailed assessment, then talks you through what they found and a plan.

Do I need a referral?

No. A GP or specialist referral isn't required to see a physiotherapist. We also accept EPC referrals.

Can I claim on my health fund?

Yes. Most private health funds give a rebate, and HICAPS lets you claim on the spot.
